Zatímco se vrcholní představitelé exekutivy této země, konkrétně pan premiér Babiš a paní ministryně spravedlnosti Benešová, předháněli, kdo více zpochybní nezávislost Ústavního soudu ve věci zrušení špatných volebních zákonů, přijal jsem pozvání na pracovní schůzku s guvernérem ČNB panem Jiřím Rusnokem.

Probrali jsme spoustu věcí. I když si stále myslím, že by zákon o ČNB, který ve sněmovně nyní míří do třetího čtení, měl mít jiné parametry (což bylo jedním z témat schůzky), debatovali jsme i současnou ekonomickou situaci země a fiskální politiku pro následující období.

Co mi přišlo zvláštní? Ačkoliv má vláda možnost využít ke konzultacím ekonomického vývoje silné analytické zázemí ČNB, prakticky toho nevyužívá. To bychom určitě napravili.

Dnes se nám přišel představit nový zástupce provozovatele polikliniky Modřany. Jednali jsme o možnosti otevřít ve spolupráci s poliklinikou vakcinační centrum. Pan ředitel nám pospal fungování investic Prahy do polikliniky za předchozí rady a dnes.

JB zjistí na hl. městě Praze zda je poliklinika zaregistrována jako vakcinační centrum.

The most important issue of the meeting was ensuring consistency and clear single regulation for all the stakeholders even after implementing effects of The Directive (https://oeil.secure.europarl.europa.eu/oeil/popups/ficheprocedure.do?reference=2020/0268(COD) , where they fear that some implementations might lead to two different standards on being applied to one product at once (mostly in field of insurance). We are going to check up on that directly with DG Fisma.

We followed up and presented ours and theirs questions – we were interested in how are the big companies actually able to fulfil the requirements on internal ICT providers in comparison with the very special provisions DORA holds for third party providers, DB AG were interested in the state of play on timeline of the process and our views on criticality and proportionality.
