We followed up and presented ours and theirs questions – we were interested in how are the big companies actually able to fulfil the requirements on internal ICT providers in comparison with the very special provisions DORA holds for third party providers, DB AG were interested in the state of play on timeline of the process and our views on criticality and proportionality.

SRB presented what they consider loops in the proposition, mostly in not defining role of SRB clearly and leaving regulatory holes to be fixed.

Representatives of the Czech/ European FinTech association presented their views, mostly on the regulatory burdens and problems in ensuring consistency between a range of applications.

Google position on the issue was presented – mostly calls for clarifications in the text.

The main issue of the meeting was centered around Apple Pay as a fringe financial service (not really even an intermediary) and how different requirements of DORA should be applied to this concept.

2. února proběhla online schůzka poslankyně Dany Balcarové, její asistentky (členky poslaneckého týmu Životního prostředí) a zástupců pirátského týmu Energetika s Milanem Smržem, viceprezidentem evropského sdružení Eurosolar.cz a předsedou národní sekce evropského sdružení pro obnovitelnou energii. Předmětem jednání byla novela zákona o podporovaných zdrojích energie a podpora rozvoje obnovitelných zdrojů energie v České republice.
