On behalf of the Cabinet of Executive Vice-President Henna Virkkunen, Tech Sovereignty, Security and Democracy (European Commission), I was ask to hold a meeting on the topic of the Cybersecurity Act 2 2026/0011(COD)), for which I´m Rapporteur. The meeting with the Commissioner took place in the EP in Strasbourg and my Advisor P. Diegel was present as well. The Commission presented to me some of their reasoning behind the proposal.
